Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every offer, treatment and transaction between Overture Clinic (Rotterdam, Netherlands, KVK 87918447) and a client, except where we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Our commitment
- Our staff carry out every treatment to the best of their knowledge and ability and in line with proper professional standards.
- You agree to give us, in good time, any information reasonably relevant to carrying out your treatment safely and well.
- We are not liable for harm arising because we relied on information you gave us that turned out to be incorrect or incomplete.
- We will tell you about the financial consequences before changing a planned treatment.
Appointments
- Please let us know as soon as possible, and at least 24 hours in advance, if you cannot make an appointment.
- If you do not, we may charge the price agreed for that appointment.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may shorten the treatment to fit the remaining time while still charging the agreed price.
- Neither party is bound by the above where an urgent, unavoidable reason prevents the appointment.
Personal data
Before your first treatment you provide the information we indicate is necessary, or that you could reasonably understand to be necessary, to carry out your treatment carefully. We record and process this in a client file, in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable Dutch and EU data protection law.
Payment
- We state the price of every treatment and product to you before the treatment begins.
- Stated prices include 21% VAT.
- Advertised offers are valid for the stated period and/or while stocks or slots last.
- Payment for the treatment and any products is due immediately after the treatment, by card or bank transfer.
- Prices shown on this site are subject to change and to correction of errors.
Deposits
A deposit paid to secure a booking is non-refundable. If you cancel, Overture Clinic is not obliged to refund a deposit paid towards one or more agreed treatments.
Liability
Overture Clinic is not liable for harm of any kind arising because our staff relied on incorrect or incomplete information you gave us about your health, medication, occupation or activities. We are not liable for damage to, loss of, or theft of personal property in the clinic; please take reasonable care of your own belongings. Damage to Overture Clinic’s property will be recovered from whoever caused it.
No guaranteed result
Every treatment is carried out with care, but the cosmetic result cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Confidentiality
Our staff keep confidential anything you tell them during treatment, unless a legal obligation or court order requires disclosure to a third party.
Conduct
We ask clients to behave in the clinic according to generally accepted standards. After repeated warnings, we may refuse a client further access to the clinic without giving further reasons.
Governing law
Dutch law applies to every agreement between Overture Clinic and a client. These terms are published on our website and available in the clinic; the Dutch text is decisive in case of any dispute over interpretation. Overture Clinic may amend these terms at any time.
